At the centre of Casa Luca is the bright and spacious living and dining area with open kitchen. From here there is access to the two bedrooms, the bathroom and 2 terraces. The friendly atmosphere of the house is enhanced by the high roof with wooden beams and the Andalusian decor with modern style elements. Functionality and clear design are the key features.

The two bedrooms offer original atmosphere and cosiness – underlined by the old, rough-plastered stone walls, which have been restored in loving detail: Andalusian style paired with minimalism and refined elements. The larger bedroom can be adapted depending on needs. The small bedroom is ideal for one person, but can also accommodate two and is particularly cosy. A modern sofa-bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space for 1 or 2 people. The kitchen is integrated into the living area, offering a fantastic view into the countryside; it is bright, spacious and well-equipped. The decor is functional and practical.

The two terraces – oriented to the south and west – invite you to relax, to watch the stars late at night or to sunbathe during the day. Breakfast in the sunshine or dinner under the stars will be unforgettable.

The outdoor area offers many lovely details. The garden has recently been established and will continue to be added to, with attention to detail and in accordance with the Andalusian style. There are many private and secluded areas where nude sunbathing is possible.

LOCATION

Casa LuCa is approximately 1.5 km above the village of Benamargosa, in southern Spain, in the Axarquia, about 12 km from Velez -Malaga inland of the Costa del Sol, an hour’s drive north-east of Malaga. The village Benamargosa is located on the banks of the river which has influenced the landscape of the area. With its extensive avocado, mango and lemon plantations the evergreen valley looks like an oasis in the hot summer months. On arrival, the visitor gets the direct impression of having reached a huge and well- kept terraced garden. The plantation terraces climb the surrounding hillsides up to an altitude of about 500 m.

On your arrival in Benamargosa we will meet you in the village and accompany you to the house. Casa LuCa is reached in 5 minutes by car via a mainly concreted but partly steep track or in about 10 minutes via a longer driveway. On the short drive the visitor already gets a first impression of the stunning beauty of the valley and the surrounding hills lined with mango and avocado plantations, olive groves and the scattered country houses.

You can also reach Casa-LuCa on foot in about 20 minutes time.

There is ample parking directly above the house. A sandy path leads to the front door.
