This apartment is located on the ground floor of a country house which was built in 2002. The outdoor area around the swimming pool is shared with two other apartments. A covered terrace is at the entrance to the apartment. The front door opens into a living room with fireplace and American kitchen, separated by a counter. Beyond are two double-bedrooms and the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment has an air conditioning unit and satellite TV (English).

La Zubia is a small, quiet hamlet in the sub-tropical valley of the Rio Benamargosa and is surrounded by avocado, mango and citrus groves. Benamargosa, where there is a supermarket, various shops and small bars, restaurants and a 24/7 health center is a 5 minutes’ drive by car. The typical white washed villages of the Axarquia, the natural parks in the Sierras, the man-made Lake Viñuela as well as the beaches of the Costa del Sol are within easy reach. Velez-Malaga with the Torre del Mar beach resort can be reached in about half an hour, Malaga, with its museums and the bustling port is an hour´s drive. The famous and historical cities like Granada, Cordoba or Seville can be visited in a day.
