A short driveway leads from the road to a gravel covered area in front of the house. The property consists of a pool area with terraces, the house, a spacious garage, a beautiful conservatory next to the main entrance and a porch which is covered with vines. On the ground floor there is a sitting room with a wood burner, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, one with ensuite shower and toilet, a further bathroom and a guest toilet. The stairs to the first floor access a landing, which is a nice sitting area and has an exit to a terrace with an old bread oven and stairs down to the pool area and garden. The house

This country house is easy accessible just off the road from Benamargosa to Riogordo. It has been very tastefully restored and many original details have been kept. The conservatory in front of the house provides very cozy atmosphere and is an ideal sitting area throughout the whole year.

Benamargosa, a typical Andalucian village, can be reached in about 10 minutes and Riogordo in 15 minutes by car. Both villages have several supermarkets and small shops, bars, restaurants, banks, and offer everything for a day to day life. The beaches of the Costa del Sol near Velez-Malaga can be reached in 40 minutes. Here you will find a variety of attractive shops, restaurants and bars of all kinds of touristic activities and offers. Malaga capital and the international airport are about 1 hour´s drive. This holiday home is an ideal starting point for day trips either to the surrounding sierras, the Lake Viñuela or the historic cities of Granada, Cordoba and Seville,
