HOUSE
The house is located on a small plaza in the centre of Benamargosa. From the street, one enters the living room, which is the central room of the house and divided into sitting and dining area. On the right hand there is a double bedroom. Beyond the living room is the well equipped kitchen and behind it is a big bathroom with tub and a small shower room. A staircase leads to two further bedrooms on the first floor and to an exit to the roof-terrace. Part of the terrace is covered; there is a sink and a washing machine. The whole house is nicely decorated. It is ideal for an elder couple, as a bedroom and bathroom are located on the ground floor.
LOCATION
Benamargosa is a bustling village in the heart of the Axarquia that lives mainly on agriculture. Although not far from the touristic Costa del Sol Benamargosa has kept its typical Andalusian character. The shops, bars and restaurants of the village are within easy reach from the house. The village has a health centre and an outdoor swimming pool. To Velez-Malaga which has a wide range of shopping facilities and to the beaches of the Costa del Sol it takes about 20 min by car. Malaga´s International Airport is one hour away.
