El Borge: Picturesque Andalucian townhouse

LOCATION

This traditional village house is situated in the centre of the Andalusian village of El Borge and has been renovated to a high standard. The village is well known for the cultivation of the “Pasa” (Raisin) and the typical Malaga wine. Although the village is not far from the beaches of the Costa del Sol by Velez-Malaga it is quiet and tranquil, situated in a typical Andalusian countryside. In the village there are a number of typical bars and restaurants and various shops that offer everything for a day to day life. It takes 20 minutes by car down to the coast and the shopping malls and an hour to Malaga and the international airport. The tourist destinations of Andalusia, such as Seville, Granada and Cordoba can be visited in one day.

The house is situated in a quiet street near the town hall. The ground floor comprises of a large and spacious lounge with fireplace, a spacious kitchen and a patio, shaded in the summer, with access to a bathroom. From the lounge a bright and wide staircase leads to the upper floor. From an open and spacious landing the 3 bedrooms are accessed. The landing and the bathroom have under floor heating systems.

The owners prefer long term tenants who take care of the house. Smoking is not allowed.
