LOCATION
This house is located in the upper part of the village and benefits from wonderful views across the hills of the Axarquia towards the Mediterranean sea. In the village there are a variety of shops where you can buy all the day to day necessities. There is a summer opening municipal swimming pool, as well as a choice of other places to stay. The coast at Torre del Mar is only 40 minutes away by car, Málaga is an hour, and the wonderful cities of Granada, Córdoba and Seville can all be reached within two and a half hours from here.
HOUSE
Via a balcony that extends over the entire length of the house, you reach the front door. The front door opens into the central living room with a fireplace in one corner. Beyond the living room are the kitchen and the bathroom with tub. The kitchen has an exit to a second balcony, which also extends over the entire length of the house. From here you have a fantastic view down to the Mediterranean. From the living room there is access to the master bedroom on one side and to 2 smaller bedrooms on the opposite side, one of which is an interconnecting room. All rooms are located on one floor and are distributed around the living room.
