Access to the house is via a short dirt track. Entering the house there is a spacious living room with fireplace. In the rear there is a single bedroom and a shower room. On the left is the open plan, fully fitted kitchen. From there stairs lead to the second floor. A hallway leads to three bedrooms, to the bathroom with tub and has access to a large, covered balcony with beautiful views. The house is let unfurnished. The land around the house is not established and offers the possibility to plant it according to own ideas. An Internet and telephone connection is possible by Iberbanda. The next shopping opportunity is in Comares one of the typical white washed Andalucian mountain villages, about 15 minutes away by car.
