Access to the villa is via a 3km long dirt track in good condition. You reach a parking area with the house to one side and the swimming pool and terrace to the other. You enter into the centrally located sitting room via a terraced area. To one side is the fitted kitchen. You reach the three bedrooms and bathroom off the sitting room. The house is newly built and has every comfort. It is simply but attractively furnished. There is a fireplace for the cooler winter days and nights.
LOCATION
This property is located above Triana in a hamlet known as Las Chozas, where there are several villas scattered about the countryside. The house is only a 20 minute drive from the Costa del Sol and about an hour´s drive from the airport at Malaga. There are various mango plantations surrounding the villa, as well as avocado, olive and almond groves. The property is located on a hillside and benefits from wonderful views towards the Mediterranean. You can enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside here, although it´s not far from all the tourist attractions of the Costa del Sol.
REMARKS
The property sits amidst a large orchard which is worked once a week by the owners. Given that the house is in the upper part of the orchard and reached by its own track, privacy will be assured.
