Cútar: Spacious traditional village house

Location

This traditional but comfortable house is located in the small and friendly village of Cútar. There are a couple of small bars where you can enjoy a cold beer. There is only one road which passes through the village - and although you can drive through to drop off shopping or suitcases, most parking is located on the edge of the village. It´s no more than a five minute walk to the house from the car park. Benamargosa, which has supermarkets, banks, a choice of bars and restaurants, a health centre and public swimming pool is about a 10 minute drive away.

The house is well cared for and decorated in an attractive rustic style. There are some steps up to the front door from the street and you enter into the ground floor where there is the bathroom, the kitchen, and the sitting room with fireplace. There is a door out to the terrace and garden, which is planted with a variety of trees and shrubs giving welcome shade in the summer months. From the sitting room there is a staircase up to the next floor where there are two bedrooms, a further small terrace and also a roof terrace.
