Location

This quietly situated villa is located just off the road between Benamargosa and Riogordo, affording it good access to both villages and the coast. There are lovely views from the south facing terraces. Access is via a track which is partly concreted.

The villa has a spacious parking area with room for three cars. From here there is access to the ground floor of the property, which is a space of 70m² to be used as either a garage or store room. The first floor of the house is orientated towards the south and west with large tiled and covered terraces. There is a large, 70m² sitting room with an open fireplace and fully fitted kitchen, as well as a guest bedroom and a bathroom. At first floor level there are two further bedrooms and a large bathroom – with bath – and a south facing roof terrace. The entire property is well insulated and has double glazed windows. All the floors are tiled and the bathrooms have attractive Moroccan details – everywhere there are small reminders of Andalucian or Arabic traditions.
