Property

This restored country house is located in El Solano and belongs to the Andalusian municipality of Colmenar. From Colmenar it is located some 7 km along a paved road and then a km above a fortified dirt road.

Around the house is a typical Andalusian garden with mainly endemic plants. Around the house are terraces, one of them is covered. When you enter the house you get into a bright living room with fireplace. To the right is the spacious kitchen with large dining area, behind the living room you will find two rooms, one used as a study room and the other is a bedroom with toilet and shower. On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms each with private bath. Away from the house there is an old Aljibe which has been converted into a very nice bathhouse.

El Solano lies about 7 km from Colmenar away. Until Malaga it takes about 45 minutes and down to the coast at Velez-Malaga it is less than an hour.
