A short driveway leads from the road to a gravel covered area in front of the house. This house is easy accessible just off the road from Benamargosa to Riogordo. It has been very tastefully restored and many original details have been kept. The roof has recently been recovered and insulated and all the windows are high quality double glazed. All floors are tiled and in the master bedroom there is an air-conditioning unit with heating function. The conservatory in front of the house provides very cozy atmosphere and is an ideal sitting area throughout the whole year.

Benamargosa, a typical andalucian village, can be reached in about 10 minutes and Riogordo in 15 minutes by car. Both villages have several supermarkets and small shops, bars, restaurants, banks, and offer everything for a day to day life. The beaches of the Costa del Sol near Velez-Malaga can be reached in half an hour. Here you will find a variety of attractive shops, restaurants and bars of all kinds of touristic activities and offers. Malaga capital and the international airport are about 1 hour´s drive.
