There is a lovely big carob tree infront of the house which provides a lot of shade during the hot summer months. From the house it is a 20 minute walk to the village of Benamargosa.

The Costa del Sol at Torre del Mar is about a twenty-five minute drive away, and Málaga can be reached in an hour. The famous Andalucian cities of Granada, Córdoba und Seville are between 100 and 230 kilometres distant – well worth a day trip visit.
