This village house consists of three storeys. At ground floor level there are two through rooms beyond which is the kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. At first floor level there is one large room which, via a staircase, leads to the upper floor, where there is another bedroom and a roof terrace, as well as a shower room. From the roof terrace there are wonderful views across the village rooftops and the outlying hillsides.

This house is ready to move into, although some decorative improvements are required.
Location
Benamargosa is some twenty minutes drive from the coast at Velez-Málaga and Torre del Mar. There are a variety of shops, bars and restaurants in the village. In addition, there is a summer opening municipal pool.
