There is a big sitting/dining room with an Andalucian fireplace with a wood burning stove. There is a private swimming pool leading off from the fully covered terrace and a laundry room with washing machine to the rear. It is surrounded by private gardens and has the benefit of full gas central heating. It is partly furnished and has tv, sat system and dvd. Connection for internet is installed and can be connected immediately. There is ample storage beneath the swimming pool and also two rooms reached by a staircase which give an ample storage area also.
Location
This beautiful country house is located in the hills of the Axarquia, between the villages Benamargosa and Riogordo on a plot of 25,000m². It is accessed via a good dirt road that turns off the main road. The house benefits of lovely views of the surrounding hills. Although life here is quiet and peaceful and well away from tourism, it only takes less than 1 hour to the capital city of Malaga and the airport. Down to the coast, the Costa del Sol, it is a 30 minutes drive.
