VILLA
A short dirt road leads to the villa. Its unique location provides panoramic views to the mountain village of Comares, the surrounding mountains of the Axarquia and to the Mediterranean. A beautiful terracotta tiled terrace is laid outside the house. Via a veranda there is access to a spacious living-room with a cosy seating area around the fireplace. A wide open staircase leads to the first floor. From the living-room there is access to a double bedroom, a bathroom and the large and bright kitchen. The upper floor comprises a large central living area, a second bedroom and a bathroom. There is an exit onto a large balcony and a further outside door to the back of the house. Above the house there is a small lookout with a panoramic view of the Axarquia. Under an olive tree is a stone bench. The garden is kept very natural and has room for individual styling.
LOCATION
The villa is located about 5 minutes by car below the white washed mountain village of Comares in a landscape called Axarquia. In the village there are several bars, restaurants and various shops. The beaches of the Costa del Sol by Torre del Mar are about 45 minutes away and to Malaga’s international airport is an hours drive. The well known historical sites of Andalusia, as Seville, Cordoba and Granada can be reached in 1.5 - 3 hours.
