HOUSE
For loading and unloading the house can be accessed by car. From the street you enter an open plan living room with seating area. The fully equipped kitchen is located on the right side and is separated from the living room with a counter. On the left side, beneath the staircase leading to the first floor, there is a bathroom with shower. A few steps lead from the living room down to a dining room. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with tub. From the corridor you have access to a terrace shaded by a bamboo roof, where there is a dining table with chairs. From this terrace a spiral staircase leads up to a large roof terrace from which you have a panoramic view over the village into the countryside.
LOCATION
This townhouse is located opposite of the church of Cutar, a small village in the heart if the Axarquia. The white washed houses nestle, separated by narrow and inclining streets around the church of Nuestra Señora de la Encarnación. Although the village is only 16 km from Velez-Malaga and about 60 minutes from Malaga airport it has kept its typical Andalucian character. In Cutar there are a small supermarket and 2 restaurants, which offer typical food and drinks. Three times a day a bus leaves to the coast at Torre del Mar.
