The House

This terraced house, with many rustic and traditional details, is the middle part of an old cortijo. Below the entrance is a parking lot. Above is a terrace and the entrance to the house. The main door opens into a living room with fireplace. Behind is the fully fitted kitchen with an exit to a patio which has a staircase that leads to a small garden. From the living-room a hallway leads to 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. At the end of the hallway stairs go up to the first floor and into a multi-purpose room. This room has a door to a spacious roof-terrace. From the terrace in front of the house and from the roof terrace there are beautiful views across the surrounding valley region. The house has been completely renovated and many rustic and old details like wooden ceiling beams, terracotta tiles and old windows have been retained.

The house is ideal as a starting point for walking tours or car trips into the beautiful countryside of the interior of the Costa del Sol. Even the famous cultural sites such as Cordoba, Granada and Seville are easy to reach. The house is on the road from Triana after Benamargosa, about 2 km distant from the village. There you will find everything you need for daily life, various tapas bars, restaurants, banks, a health centre and a public pool. To the coast at Torre del Mar it is 20 minutes by car and to the airport in Malaga it is approximately 45 minutes.
