Location
Almáchar is a lively village with various shops, bars and restaurants, and everything you could need on a day to day basis. It´s only ten minutes from the house. Velez-Málaga and Torre del Mar on the coast are half an hour away and Málaga is about fifty minutes.
The House
This newly built villa is reached via a 500m track from the road which links Almáchar with Moclinejo. The villa, built on a flat area, has a swimming pool with surrounding terraces. The villa has a covered terrace to the front and side, and you enter into the spacious sitting room which has a chimney place and open plan kitchen. Beyond the sitting room are two bedrooms, a bathroom and the master bedroom which has an en-suite bathroom. The villa has wooden beams and windows, as well as a large old wooden entrance door. There is also a small laundry room and a barbecue area.
