Benamargosa: Renovated Villagehouse with Great Views

Location

This newly renovated village house is located in the upper part of Benamargosa. This Andalucian village makes its living from the cultivation of citrus fruit and avocadoes. The river of the same name gives the area its irrigation water and keeps everything green, even in the height of summer. In the village there are various shops, bars and restaurants and an open air swimming pool. The Costa del Sol at Velez-Málaga and Torre del Mar can be reached in half an hour.

On the ground floor the house has a sitting room, a fitted kitchen with hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, and a small terrace. On the first floor are two bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes. There is also another shower room at first floor level. On the third floor is a large terrace, where there is a small covered area housing the washing machine.
