Benamargosa: Reformed village house with patio

Location

The house is located in a quiet side street in the centre of Benamargosa. The shops, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. There are also banks, a health centre and a summer opening municipal pool in the village. Velez-Malaga with its good shopping facilities can be reached in about 15 minutes and the beaches of the Costa del Sol at Torre del Mar are about 30 minutes distance.

House

The patio

From the street you enter through the main door into a large patio. From here you enter into the house. At ground floor level there is a fully fitted kitchen with a chimney-place, a cloakroom in which the washing machine is fitted and a large living/dining room. From here there is access to the first floor via a staircase. Across a small corridor there is an exit to a balcony and access to the other rooms. To the left is a small storeroom and a bathroom with shower and to the right is a small single bedroom. At the end of the corridor is the entrance to two double bedrooms, the first one of which is a through room to the second. This last has an en-suite bathroom with bath, and a door opening onto a large balcony. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The house has been completely renovated and would make a comfortable, private home in this nice village.
