The apartment is located on the ground floor of a big family house. Next to the house some stairs lead down through the garden to a big south-facing terrace and to the entrance of the apartment. The main door opens into a living-room with wood-burner, sofa bed and open plan kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, hob, oven and washing-machine. There is also a TV with SAT/Sky reception. Next to the living-room is the double bedroom with wardrobe and the bathroom. Below the terrace is a private pool. From the sunny terrace and the pool there are lovely views over the Axarquia region. The landlord offers use of the telephone and internet connection.

Comares is known as the 'Balcony of the Axarquia' due to its location on the crest of a hill some 700 metres above sea level. There are great views of the hills and Mediterranean. It´s a typical white village, with flower bedecked houses spilling onto one another. There are banks, various restaurants and bars, hotels and shops in the village. The coast is some 40 minutes distant by car, and the international airport at Málaga is about an hour away.
