Location

This spacious and comfortable house is located near the road from Benamargosa to Riogordo in the heart of the Axarquia. The villages of Riogordo, Benamargosa and Comares as well as the dam of La Viñuela are reached in 10 to 15 minutes by car. To the coast at Velez Malaga and the beaches of the Costa del Sol it is about half an hours´ drive. Malaga with its international airport is at a distance of one hour by car. To the nearest restaurant it is just a 5 minutes walk.

House

From the road a track of 200 metres leads to this property which is located in a wide valley. The house comprises of 2 very large bedrooms and a smaller one. Behind the kitchen there is a bathroom and the spacious living room. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower bath. The house is surrounded by several terraces, of which some are covered, and that offer wonderful views over the Axarquia and the surrounding Sierras. There is also a pool. Two wood burning stoves and an open fireplace heat the house.

For short term rentals water, electricity and gas are included in the rent. For long term rentals (max. 2 months) electricity and gas are extra. In both cases a fee of 50 € has to be paid for final cleaning.
