This spacious house is situated about 10 minutes drive below the white washed village of Comares on a southeast facing hillside. In Comares and in the equidistant village of Benamargosa you will find a wide offer of small shops, restaurants, bars and much more. The beaches of the Costa del Sol are reached in about half an hour and to Malaga capital it is an hours´ drive. The surroundings of the villa are ideal for walking, biking or just to relax and enjoy nature.
HOUSE
The house comprises of spacious terrace areas and a big pool. All the five bedrooms and the four bathrooms are very bright and roomy. In the centre of the house the is a big living area with a gallery on the first floor, an American kitchen and a big dinning-room. The house is spacious, designed in a modern style including many traditional details. The house is suitable for workshops or for a holiday of a big family.
