The farmhouse is built on a south facing hillside beneath the village of Comares. You reach it via a tarmac road and then a 50 meter long dirt track. Comares village is some 15 minutes away by car, and has various shops, bars and restaurants. There is also a summer opening municipal swimming pool in the village. The beaches of the Costa del Sol are a forty-five minute drive away and the famous cities of Seville, Granada and Córdoba can all be visited on a day trip from here, being betweem 1.5 and 3 hours drive distant.

To the front of the farmhouse there is a south facing terrace complete with outdoor kitchen (sink, worktop and space to move the cooker to from inside the house). To the left of the terrace is a bathroom with shower. The main building has two sitting rooms, both with wood burning stoves, and three bedrooms all of which have double beds. To the rear of the farmhouse there is a second, very private terrace.
This romantic farmhouse is located in a very peaceful location and is ideal for a quiet holiday or as a base for visiting local, and not so local, attractions.
