This villa is located very close by Comares, only a few minutes walking distance from the nearest restaurant and the open air municipal swimming pool. In the village there are various shops as well as a variety of bars and restaurants. The Costa del Sol at Torre del Mar is about a forty minute drive away, and Málaga can be reached in an hour. The famous Andalucian cities of Granada, Córdoba und Seville are between 100 and 230 kilometres distant – well worth a day trip visit. The Axarquia area offers mountains, a large lake and much more.

The villa is set on a 1000 m² level plot with a large terrace and a garden planted with a variety of trees. Via a small covered veranda you enter into the villa which is built on one level. It benefits from a large sitting room which has an open fireplace, a bathroom with bath, a fully fitted kitchen and two bedrooms – one of which has a double bed, the other two singles. The villa is perfect as a quiet holiday location for discovering Andalucía, or for longer term rental as a nice home.
