You reach the covered terrace at the front of the farmhouse by passing through a smaller terrace with a seating area, which also has two wonderful date palms. There are great views from the front terrace to the outlying hillsides towards the Mediterranean. On entering the property you find yourself in a centrally located spacious sitting room with a fireplace, from which there is access to all the other rooms in the house. To the right are the bathroom with bath, and a very attractive fully fitted kitchen with views over the front terrace. To the rear of the property you reach three bedrooms via a large hall. The land belonging to the property falls away to the front of the house and is planted with olive trees. There is also a small terraced area laid out for a vegetable garden. There are two external buildings, one serving as a summer kitchen and wood store and the other as a storeroom and toolshed.

Location
Los Ventorros is a small hamlet some 3 km from Comares. In the immediate area there are two Bar/Restaurants. In Comares village there are various shops and dining facilities. Both Los Ventorros and Comares are located on a hilltop offering fabulous views of the Mediterranean. The coast at Torre del Mar is about 40 minutes drive, and Málaga with its international airport as well as various cultural and entertainment facilities is about an hour away.
