This beautifully restored village house is located in a small hamlet, about 200m off the tarmacked road from Benamargosa to Riogordo. The main door opens into a kitchen with dining set. A few steps led from the kitchen to a bright living room with views into the surrounding orchards. On this level there are also 2 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Via a spiral staircase there is access to the lower floor which comprises of a nice big living-room. From here there is an exit to a terrace which is partly shaded and laid out with ornamental flowers

The house has been very tastefully restored and offers a very cosy atmosphere. This house is ideal for anybody looking for a quite but not lonely situated peaceful home.
Location
The villages of Benamargosa and Riogordo are about 10 minutes by car. There you will find a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. In both villages there is a public swimming-pool, open during the summer-time. The Mediterranean beaches are half an hours´drive and to the international airport of Malaga it is an hour by car.
