The villa, which was built a few years ago, is located in a small hamlet 4 km above the village of Triana. The access is via a well maintained track. The garage and the main entrance to the house are on the upper part of the plot. On the first floor there are 2 big bedrooms, a big and sunny shower-room and a spacious living-room with an open fire-place. The living-room and a bedroom have airconditioning units. Via an ample stair-well there is access to the bottom floor with a big kitchen-living room. Here there is an exit to the terrace and the garden. The garden is beautifully decorated but not jet finished. Beyond the terrace there is a workroom.
Remarks
All the rooms in the house are very spacious. The terrace and the garden are south-facing and offer lovely views into the hilly countryside and to the Mediterranean.
Location
The house is about 10 minutes by car from Triana. In Triana there is a supermarket and several bars and restaurants. The coastal town of Velez-Malaga is less than 30 minutes by car and the Malaga airport is an hours´drive.
