This house is in the centre of the village close to the shops, bars and restaurants. From the street you enter into the sitting room, beyond which there is a dining room. To the left of the sitting room there is a wooden staircase leading to one part of the house which contains two bedrooms, one of which leads into the other. From the dining room you can access a patio, which in turn gives access to the kitchen, the bathroom and a further patio, and via a step up, another part of the house which has a hallway, a bedroom as well as another sitting room with wood burning stove, and a terrace.
Remarks
This house is ready to move into, although it could do with some cosmetic decoration. It has been combined out of two properties, which could be separated again.
Location
Riogordo is a lively village with various shops, restaurants, bars and everything you need on a day to day basis. Malaga and the coast via Velez-Malaga are both approximately a half hour´s drive.
