At the end of the corridor is the fully fitted cosy kitchen. The kitchen also comprises of a very big built-in cupboard. The kitchen has an exit to the terrace, a patio and the land behind the house. There is a carport for 2 cars and a tool-shed. A part of the garden below the front terrace is ideal for establishing a vegetable garden.

The house has been entirely renovated, it is tiled and comprises of aluminium frame windows. Mains electricity and water are connected. Warm water is provided by a solar heating unit. Although the house is semi-detached it does not affect its privacy. The house is ideal for people who prefer living in walking distance to a village.
Location
Benamargosa is a small village in the countryside inland of the Costa del Sol. Located on the river of the same name, the green fruit trees planted around about makes the area feel cooler, even in the height of summer. The village has all day to day necessities: banks, bars and a health centre. There is an open air municipal swimming pool available in the summer months. It´s less than a thirty minute drive to the coast at Torre del Mar from the village, and about an hour to Malaga airport.
