This cortijo, which was renovated about six years ago, is accessed via the garden and the large tiled covered terrace at the front of the property. You enter directly into the spacious sitting/dining room which has a wood burning stove. From this big room there is access to all the other rooms. On the left side of the house is the fully fitted kitchen and larder, a double bedroom and a bathroom with bath. On the right side of the house there are two further bedrooms, both of which have access to a second bathroom. One of these bedrooms has a door out to a beautiful Andalucian style enclosed courtyard. There is access from here through a door to the swimming pool which has a terracotta tile surround, and which is enclosed by a low wall thus maintaining good privacy. There is access from the swimming pool area to the rest of the plot beyond the house, which is planted with vegetables, seven olive trees and 40 various fruit trees including orange, lemon and peach. The land is quite flat. There are 3 different terraces around the house.

The property is located off the main road between Benamargosa and Riogordo and has great views and good road connections to the surrounding villages and the coast. Benamargosa and Riogordo can be reached in between 10 and 15 minutes drive, and both villages have shops, bars and restaurants. Velez-Málaga and Torre del Mar on the coast can be reached in half an hour and Malaga city in an hour.
