This lovely villa is situated in a small hamlet called Las Cuevas, about 8km away from the white-washed villages of Riogordo and Benamargosa. The property is easily accessed via a tarmac road. It is completely fenced in. The house is built on one level and comprises of a spacious living-room with a fireplace, a kitchen, 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside the house there are ample terrace areas with a BBQ and a swimming pool. There is also a tool-shed. The garden is planted and watered via an irrigation system.

Location
Las Cuevas hamlet pertains to the district of Comares. Driving time to Riogordo or Benamargosa, the nearest villages is about fifteen minutes. Both villages offer all daily necessities. It is about ½ hour´s drive to the Mediterranean at Torre del Mar and an hours´ drive to the airport at Malaga.
