This very spacious village house is located in the older part of Periana. You enter into the house through a small hallway off of which are two rooms, one of which is currently used as an office. Further along you enter into the sitting room off of which lead a third room and the kitchen. Beyond is a large patio with a swimming pool. Next to the kitchen there is a staircase which leads up to the first floor. You reach two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large room via a corridor. The large room has a balcony above the patio and swimming pool area.

The house is beautifully renovated and in very good condition. It could be a large family home, or a nice rental property. This is one of the few village houses which has a large patio and private pool.
Location
The village of Periana is spread out above the man-made Viñuela reservoir and it´s a lively place with plenty of bars and restaurants as well as small local shops. Malaga and its international airport can be reached in an hour, and the coast at Torre del Mar is only thirty minutes away.
