Location
This typical Andalucian village house is located in one of the central streets of the hilltop village of Comares. The shops, bars and restaurants of the village are only a short walk away. The coast at Torre del Mar, can be reached in about 40 minutes and Málaga city in about an hour. In this location you are in the middle of traditional Andalucia but only a short drive from the busy beaches of the Costa del Sol.

This small village house needs complete renovation, but the main walls of the structure can probably be kept. On the ground floor there is a small sitting room with open fireplace. A small and basic kitchen exists, and water and electricity are both connected. At first floor level there are two further rooms.
