Location
This plot lies below the village of Comares and is reached via a 3 km dirt track from two different directions. It´s a fifteen minute drive to Comares village and Velez-Málaga and the coast at Torre del Mar are about three quarters of an hour away.
Plot
The plot has views across the hills of the Axarquia towards the mountains of the outlying Sierras. A platform has been excavated for the erection of a house and an irrigation system for the land has been installed. The water comes from the plot´s own well. Electricity is to be connected by the vendor.
Remarks
The irrigation project is in place and an outline project for the construction of a three bedroom house of approximately 120m² (including terraces) has been submitted.
