Location
This farmhouse is to be found some 10 minutes by car from the hilltop village of Comares, at approximately 300m above sea level. In both Comares and Benamargosa, which can be reached in 15 minutes by car, are various shops, bars and restaurants. Both villages have open air swimming pools and health centres. The coast near to Velez-Málaga is half an hour away, and Málaga city can be reached in an hour.
Property
The farmhouse faces south and from the plot there are far reaching views to the meditteranean and outlying hills. A short dirt track leads from the road to the farmhouse, which is semi-detached. Through the main door you enter directly into the sitting room which has a chimney breast. Beyond is the kitchen, from which a staircase leads up to the first floor and the two connecting rooms. Next to the main door is another door which opens into the bathroom. To the rear of the farmhouse is a storeroom, and to one side of the front terrace of the main house there is another building with a separate room.
Remarks
This well priced farmhouse is in good condition although the garden needs cultivating/landscaping.
