Location
The bars, restaurants and shops of the old village centre of Benamargosa are easily reachable from this centrally located house. Although the beaches of the Costa del Sol are only half an hour away, and Málaga city one hour, you find yourself in the middle of citrus growing countryside in this traditional Andalucian village.
Property
This village property is to be found in a small, peaceful square. Via a small archway you access a front terrace area, which is shared with the next door neighbour´s house. Entering into the house itself, you come first into a small sitting room – or a large hallway or study area, depending on how you would wish to use the space. Leading directly off from here is the bathroom (with shower) and also leading off to the left - a dining room. This leads on to the kitchen on one side, and to the other side a staircase which leads up to first floor level and into the largest of the bedrooms. From this bedroom, which has access to the terrace, you can enter into the main sitting room, off of which is the second bedroom. There is another staircase linking the first floor sitting room with the ground floor hallway/study. The terrace offers great views across the village rooftops and outlying countryside.
