Location
This pretty farmhouse lies off the road between Benamargosa and Cútar. The traditional Málaga grapes are grown on the hillsides around about. Cútar is a small and quiet village originally settled by the Moors. The larger village of Benamargosa has bars, restaurants and various shops and is a five minute drive from the farmhouse. The coast and beaches at Torre del Mar are a half hour away and Málaga city can be reached in an hour.
Property
This old country house has been lovingly restored by its current owners. Via a concrete access road you reach a parking area near the house. You enter into the house across a south facing terrace directly into a spacious living room which has a wood burning stove. To the right is the attractive and roomy kitchen. Beyond the living room there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Both the bathrooms are spacious. Behind the farmhouse there is a large enclosed courtyard which still has an old traditional stable which could be renovated (subject to the necessary planning permits).
Remarks
The farmhouse has wonderful views across the surrounding hillsides. Water and electricity are connected and there is plenty of land available for various gardening projects. Additional land can be purchased if required.
