Location

Cútar is one of the quietest villages in the Axarquía, hidden away as it is from the hustle and bustle of the Costa del Sol. In the village there are two small shops and bars. The nearest village, Benamargosa, is only ten minutes drive away and has a variety of supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The coast at Torre del Mar can be reached in three quarters of an hour, and Málaga city in an hour. The larger, well known historical cities of Andalucía are all within one to three hours drive.

The house is a typical, traditional village property. The main part of the house, which is at street level, consists of five rooms, a bathroom and the kitchen, a patio and a small balcony. From the patio you access a small south facing terrace in front of which is the garden – mostly planted with citrus trees. In the lower part of the property are three further rooms which are currently being used as store rooms.

Remarks

The garden area offers sufficient space for the planting of more trees and shrubs as well as the construction of a pool. The lower part of the house could be extended to accommodate a self contained apartment, if required.
