Location
Cútar is one of the most peaceful villages of the Axarquía. There are a couple of small shops in the village in which you can buy day to day necessities, as well as two bars which also offer food. The nearest large village is Benamargosa, some ten minutes away by car. Here there are two supermarkets, various bars and restaurants and a health centre and open air swimming pool. Velez-Málaga and the beaches at Torre del Mar on the Costa del Sol are about a half hour´s drive distant.

- The kitchinette
The house is located in the upper part of the village directly behind the parish church. As is traditional in most Andalucian houses, you enter directly into the sitting room, which has an American kitchen. Beyond this is the bathroom. The main, open plan bedroom is at first floor level and is reached via a staircase. From here is a spiral staircase leading up to the top floor where there is a second bedroom and a roof terrace. There are terrific views from the terrace over the outlying hillsides.

The house is simply but tastefully renovated and ready for immediate occupation. It is one of the most economically priced village houses in the area.
