Location

Benamargosa lies some 15 kilometers from the coast, or 20 minutes drive by car. In the village there are two supermarkets and a range of other small shops, banks, various bars and restaurants. Near the river there is a beautiful open air swimming pool which is available in the summer months. Málaga and its international airport is about an hour´s drive.

This large townhouse is located in a quiet side street some 5 minutes on foot from the centre of the village. From the street you enter into the large sitting room which has a wood burning stove. Via a small corridor you reach the fully fitted kitchen beyond which is a utility room, a bathroom and two bedrooms. On the first floor are three further bedrooms, a bathroom and a WC. In addition there is a south facing balcony. The entire house is in very good condition and was renovated and updated some two years ago.
