Location
This house is located in Benamargosa, a rural village in the heart of the Axarquía. On the banks of the river grow avocados and citrus fruits, whilst the usual olive and almond trees, and mangoes, cover the surrounding hillsides. All day to day necessities are available in the village. There is also a health centre, and an open air swimming pool. It´s a twenty minute drive to the coast and the towns of Velez-Málaga and Torre del Mar and an hour to Málaga city.

- The large hall
This town house is to be found in a quiet back street only five minutes from the centre of the village. Via the beautiful large main doors you enter a small vestibule from which on the left and right are two small rooms. Beyond the vestibule you enter a spacious sitting room, from which you reach the kitchen, a bedroom and a patio. The bathroom is accessed off the patio, which also has two old stables and the staircase to the first floor of the property. Here there is a large living room and four further rooms. The entire property is tiled in the traditional Spanish fashion.

The house requires a little renovation and decoration. In addition one could renovate the stables, or add a roof terrace to improve the property (subject to the necessary planning permits).
