Location
This small townhouse is situated in the typical Spanish village of Chilches Pueblo. It is still an unspoilt village, close to the highway and the shops. The beach is very near and the airport can be reached in 25 minutes.
Property
In front of the house there is a small terrace where one can enjoy year-round sunsets. The house,on the ground floor,consists of a small dining-room with a new floor and a beamed ceiling. Up one step you come to a small kitchen which has views of the Mediterranean. Next to it there is a small bathroom and on the same level a double bedroom with a nice old floor and a sloping roof.
Remarks
It is possible to make a roof terrace (subject to the necessary planning permits) which would have views of the Mediterranean. The house is small but very cosy and ideal for a young couple searching for a quiet holiday home.
