Location
This plot of land is located in Río Cútar, not far from the small villages of Cútar and Benamargosa. Benamargosa is famous for its citrus fruits and avocado plantations. Here there are banks, two supermarkets, various bars and restaurants as well as a variety of other small shops. There is also a health centre and an open air municipal swimming pool. Velez-Málaga, and the coast at Torre del Mar are approximately a half hour drive and the international airport at Málaga about an hour.
Land
The plot has 5000m² and reaches, via several terraces, down to the river, which is dry for most of the year and as a result used as an access road. The plot is classified as agricultural land and is planted with some 170 trees. There are 135 citrus, 20 avocados, 10 oranges, 3 mangos, 3 mandarins, 2 nisperos, 2 pomegranates as well as a quince and guava. There is a sufficient supply of water from an irrigation system.
Remarks
Because the plot is irrigated a planning application could be made to construct a house. There is electricity near the plot which could be connected. Access to the plot is either via the river bed or a dirt track.
