Location
This property is situated in the hamlet of Los Dioses, approximately 5 kilometers from the whitewashed village of Comares. It is part of a terrace of five houses. Comares was built by the Romans on a hilltop and later inhabited by the Arabs, who built a fortress there. In the village there are a variety of small shops, bars and restaurants. There is also a Health Centre and a public swimming-pool. It is about a 45 minute drive to the sea and an hour to Málaga airport.
Property
The property consists of 3 separate buildings. The main house has a living-room with an open fire place and from here there is access to two bedrooms. From the second room you enter a small, very basic kitchen. A flight of stairs leads to a additional bedroom. In front of the house there is a terrace which you cross to reach the second building consisting of a bathroom and a basement which could be used as an external storeroom. The third building has a bedroom giving onto a pretty patio. To the rear of the property there is about 400m² of land which could be converted into a nice garden.
